OnionOS your anonymous liveCD operating system

One of the main reasons why OnionOS is so little know is because it is not available for download on any website, the author (nicknamed Jamon I believe) though that it would be a good to distribute it via the tor network only.

I am mirroring OnionOS here as it is very slow to download data over tor proxies. This small operating system is only 20MB and with it you will be able to browse the internet and chat anonymously through the tor network, data transfer will be slow, but your privacy will be well protected and because OnionOS embraces a minimalistic approach based on a text based browser and IRC it means things download quicker than they would do on a full graphical desktop OS, you may need some very basic understanding of the links browser, here goes some screenshots of OnionOS.

TIPS:

1. If you get lost on the main interface type ls
2. Type /join #welcome in the chat program to join room #welcome (you can also try #tor and #onion)
3. Type web as soon as you start OnionOS to get to the onioncore index, click the key ESC to get the menu on the links browser.
4. The tor network is slow be prepared to be patient, this is the price to pay for a free internet without censorship and fear, be also prepared to find distasteful ideas and opinions.
5. You can also access hidden websites in tor these websites have the extension .onion and are not available from any browser unless you are using tor. For example to publish anonymous on a board you can use the onion URL http://ms4kc75hlvnfcxgz.onion/ Now go to http://torproxy.net and enter the address above, torproxy.net is a web based service that will allow access to some .onion websites, hopefully you get an idea of how it works.
