This is a real phone call from an angry customer to a Paypal customer service after they limited his Paypal account out of the blue, Mr. Perkel attempts to close down his account and asks the Paypal customer representative some very important questions about their privacy policy, why they insist on storing all his private data after closing down his account and what they intend to do with it.

When Paypal is informed that the phone call is being recorded Mr. Perkel is told that he is not allowed to record their conversation only Paypal has that right.
