It does not seem documented what remailers will support the from address, you are reccomended to use metacolo, borked and frell. Together with the last remailer in the chain.
Remailer documentation warns that not all of them will support this property but it does not specify which ones will work with it.
You can also use
X-No-Archive: Yes
This makes your message disappear from Google Groups (and some of the other archives) after 7 days.

Note that the message won’t be displayed by Google but it is still in Google’s database. (I don’t have a cite handy).
